氣體增壓泵應用大面積活塞端的低壓氣體驅動而產生小面積活塞端的高壓氣體。自動重啟工作時,氣體增壓器疾速往復工作,隨著輸出壓力接近設定壓力值時泵的往復運動速度減慢直至中止。并堅持這個壓力,此時能量耗費很小,無熱量產生,無零件運動。當壓力均衡突破后,增壓器自動開端工作到下一個均衡。

Gas booster pump is driven by low pressure gas at large piston end to produce high pressure gas at small piston end. When the gas supercharger is restarted automatically, the reciprocating speed of the pump slows down until it stops when the output pressure approaches the set pressure value. And adhere to this pressure, at this time energy consumption is very small, no heat generation, no parts movement. When the pressure balance breaks through, the supercharger automatically starts to work to the next balance.

The cylinder of the gas booster pump is the place where the air is driven to work. The cylinder provides a closed space for driving air, which ensures the validity and reliability of driving air pressure. 液壓柱塞與液壓缸的配合,構成了容積可變的液壓腔體。這個腔體請求能耐高壓,且能與增壓液體相順應。正是腔體容積的可變性,才干完成吸液負壓和排液正壓。

氣體增壓泵出口單向閥同樣的道理,出口單向閥也不是為了排液。之所以要出口單向閥,是為了完成負壓吸液。當液壓柱塞上移時,液壓腔體容積變大,腔體內構成負壓;由于出口單向閥的逆向截止作用,出口之外的液體無法從出口進入腔體;而腔體內的負壓,使得進口單向閥的鋼珠翻開,液體從進口端進入腔體。
In the same way, the outlet one-way valve of gas booster pump is not designed to drain liquid. The reason why the outlet one-way valve is to complete negative pressure suction. When the hydraulic plunger moves up, the volume of the hydraulic chamber becomes larger and the chamber forms negative pressure; due to the reverse cut-off effect of the outlet one-way valve, the liquid outside the outlet cannot enter the chamber from the outlet; and the negative pressure in the chamber makes the steel balls of the import one-way valve open and the liquid enters the chamber from the inlet end.
