容積式電動增壓泵的工作“主軸”

容積式電動泵是依靠高速旋轉的齒輪、旋板等的機械作用,對液體強行壓擠而使液體的壓力和流速增大。齒輪泵具有結構簡單、工作可靠、制作容易、價格低廉等特點,因而在航空上有著廣泛的應用。

齒輪泵有一對相互嚙合的齒輪安裝于殼體內部,齒輪的兩端面靠端蓋密封。齒輪把殼體內分為互不相通的A腔和B腔,在殼體上開有兩個孔,分別和A腔、B腔相通。

當齒輪按方向旋轉時,在A腔,由于一對齒脫開,使該腔容積逐漸增大,形成局部真空,油箱中的油液在外界大氣壓力的作用下,經油管、殼體進入A腔,吸到A腔齒間的油液在密封的空間中,隨齒輪轉動沿殼體內壁帶入B腔填滿油液的齒間,由于齒的嚙合,使該腔容積逐漸減少,把齒間油液擠壓出去,曰腔就是增壓油腔。當齒輪不斷旋轉,則A、B兩腔不斷地壓、吸油和排油,這就是齒輪泵的工作原理。
 氣體增壓泵
