The gas supercharger is composed of a reciprocating large area piston driven by a connecting rod directly connected with a small area gas piston. The inlet and outlet check valves are included in each gas chamber end cap, and the air drive part includes a circulating shaft and a guide valve. When driving gas, the two provide continuous reciprocating motion.
The separation of the gas compression chamber and the air driven chamber in the gas supercharger is provided by a three stage dynamic sealing device. The part of the two cavity is connected with the air. This design can ensure that compressed gas is not polluted by driving gas.
The gas supercharger takes full advantage of the characteristic that the temperature of the driving gas is significantly reduced after the success of the gas. The low temperature driven gas is used as the coolant into the heat exchanger with the supercharger, which is used to cool the high pressure output gas and the steel jacket of the supercharger.
