氣密性檢測設備長假后開機使用要注意什么?

1. 在ICP開機前和過程中,務必翻開空調保證室溫固定在22℃,以免光學元件受溫度變化影響產生譜線漂移,形成測定數據不穩定。

2.在ICP開機前和過程中,視狀況翻開抽濕機,確保室內濕度控制在45%~60%之間,以免過大的濕度影響高頻發射器,輕則等離子體不易點燃,重則高壓擊毀元件,損壞高頻發射器及電路主板。
