特色:氣波增壓器結構簡略,加工便利,作業溫度不高,不需要耐熱資料,也無需冷卻。與渦輪增壓比較,其低速轉矩特性好,但是體積大,噪聲水平高,安裝方位遭到必定的束縛。這種增壓器還只能在低速范圍內運用。因為柴油機最高轉速比較低,因此多用于柴油機上。
